RETURN POLICY

Once an order has been marked as shipped, it may not be canceled.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the piece to me in its original packaging for a full refund minus shipping. This must be initiated within 10 days after the painting has been received by contacting Hanna. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.

If the package arrives to you damaged, contact Hanna as soon as possible to arrange a return or discount. Proof of damage to the package will be required.

Discount codes do not apply to contractual commissions.

Sale items are non-returnable unless damaged.

Please know that images shown on screen cannot reflect the colors of the piece exactly. Due to the nature of the materials, colors may settle, grow bolder or darker.
