Every painting has a story.

Behind the layers of color, texture, and script, there’s something that started it all. A feeling, a memory, a song, or sometimes just the complex business of being human.

These are the stories behind each work. Some are deeply personal. Others are more universal. But they’re all open to interpretation, and what you see in them might be wildly different than what I see. There’s no wrong way to interpret it.
